Where is my order?

Our goal is to meet the delivery date quoted at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped.

How do I make a return?

You can return online orders by mail or at a store. Start your online return and print your USPS return label here.

To locate your order number, sign in to your Order HistoryLocate a store near you to return your item(s) in person.

Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that shoes, BHLDN, FP Movement, and Unlimited Furniture Delivery items cannot be returned to store.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away, so we can't make changes to an order once it's placed.

How do I receive free shipping?

You can sign up online for our loyalty program to get free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Already signed up? Be sure to sign in to your account to enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Your discount automatically applies in-cart. Please note, some exclusions apply.
